1. Who we are
Cartlyt.net is operated by Cartlyt LLC (Washington, DC, USA). Contact: support@cartlyt.com. Cartlyt.net sells digital products and provides access to the Cartlyt web application at cartlyt.com.
2. Digital products & delivery
Products are delivered digitally (download, license key, or gated access) immediately after payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address for delivery. Subscriptions to the Cartlyt app are billed and managed on cartlyt.com under its own terms.
3. AI-built products & ownership
Where you use Cartlyt.net’s tools to generate a digital product from a prompt or brief, the resulting product — including its content, branding and listing — is created for and owned by Cartlyt LLC, and becomes part of the Cartlyt.net catalog. By generating a product you assign to Cartlyt LLC all rights in that output. Any revenue share offered to contributors will be stated separately at the time of creation. You must not submit prompts or materials that infringe another party’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
4. Intellectual property of AI output
AI-generated material may have limited or uncertain copyright protection under applicable law. Cartlyt makes no guarantee of exclusivity or registrability for purely AI-generated works, and provides them on that basis.
5. Refunds
Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded or a license/access has been issued, except where the product is faulty or materially not as described. See the Refund Policy for details. Tax is handled by our merchant-of-record checkout provider.
6. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of purchased products beyond the license granted, nor use the AI tools to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Not financial advice
Money-related products (playbooks, templates, guides) are educational only and are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
