Refund Policy

Digital products on Cartlyt.net are delivered instantly. Because access cannot be returned, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded or a license/access key has been issued.

Exceptions. If a product is faulty, corrupted, or materially not as described, contact support@cartlyt.com within 14 days of purchase and we will repair, replace, or refund it.

Cartlyt app subscriptions. Subscriptions purchased for the Cartlyt web app are governed by the billing terms on cartlyt.com; manage or cancel them from your cartlyt.com account.

Tax & billing. Payments and any applicable VAT/sales tax are processed by our merchant-of-record checkout provider, which appears on your statement and issues invoices.
